Chloe established 97 Heaven in 2021 on Depop, specialising in 90s and 2000s era clothing. The business quickly expanded, leading to the launch of this website in February 2023.

97 Heaven's mission is to minimise textile waste, support the circular fashion industry, and boost the local economy through collaborations with small businesses.

Based in their London studio, Chloe and her assistant Pia are dedicated to curating the cutest, high-quality, hand-picked vintage fashion.
