Shipping policy

UK shipping: orders are sent tracked within 3 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, using their 48 hour delivery service.

Rest of World shipping: orders are sent tracked within 3 working days. Orders usually arrive within 10 working days. Customs charges are rare, but they are always a possibility. Failure to pay customs charges will result in your package being returned to us.

Tracked shipping: all of our orders are sent via a tracked and ensured service. We will notify you of your tracking number via email (check your spam folder too!). It is your responsibility to regularly track your package to ensure a successful delivery.

Missing package: if your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to us here and contact the courier.
